Covid Vaccinations Autumn-Winter 2025
Brighton and Hove Federation are working in partnership with practices to provide COVID vaccinations across the city.
COVID-19 Eligibility
The COVID-19 Autumn 2025 Booster campaign starts again on 1st October and runs until 31st Jan 2026.
You may be offered a COVID-19 vaccine if you:
- are aged 75 or over
- are aged 6 months to 74 years and are immunosuppressed
- live in a care home for older adults
Where to get your vaccine
If you are eligible and registered at one of the below surgeries in Brighton and Hove, you will be offered a covid vaccine from your practice:

- Carden
- Hove medical
- Links Rd
- Wish Park
- Mile Oak
- Montpelier*
- Portslade
- Saltdean & Rottingdean
- St Peters*
- Stanford
- Trinity
- University
- Warmdene*
*Practices offering covid vaccines to those over 75, B&HF will contact and invite those under 75 who are immunosuppressed for a vaccine
If your practice isn’t listed above and you are registered at another Brighton and Hove practice we will contact you shortly inviting you to book.

Children (aged 5-17) can also book onto our mass clinics, but if they have additional needs we will be arranging quiet sessions - details will be added below once confirmed
Brighton and Hove Care Homes are being contacted shortly and booked in from the 1st October 2025 with housebound patients to follow straight after. Housebound patients are referred to us via your registered practice using their existing housebound lists (we cannot take referrals without going through your practice) .

Various walk-in pop-up clinics will be arranged from October.
