How to Join Us
We run a number of services that rely on casual hours staff. To express your interest, please signup to Luna, our workforce platform, following the instructions below. This will start the application process:
1. Complete the sign-up form on Luna, choosing:
a. Your role
b. your employment type: self-employed/employed (this is linked to your specific role)
2. Upload a CV to the hub - this will be reviewed by a member of our team and you may be rejected at this stage if you do not have the skills or experience that are needed for the role.
3. If your CV matches your role, you will be invited to an introductory meeting to find out what opportunities exist and to assess your fit and suitability for working with the Federation - this is not an offer of employment and there is no guarantee of work at this stage. We may choose not to continue your onboarding after this stage.
4. Background checks will be undertaken and the Federation may at our sole discretion and without explanation reject any application.
5. If assessment, references and background checks are passed, there will be additional onboarding steps, which our admin team will support you with.
6. If you complete onboarding, attend induction training and your competence has been signed off, your account will be enabled, allowing you to request shifts through the hub
